Abstract
The target audience of this training manual is a single learner, the incoming Association forTalent Development Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter Vice President (VP) of Technologyvolunteer. This role transitions to a newly elected officer volunteer every three years (if notsooner based on the current VP of Technology’s personal and professional circumstances). Inorder to understand the role of the VP of Technology who is the target audience of this training,it is important to examine the chapter in greater detail to gain the context of how this role fitsinto the chapter as a whole.
