Copyright date from donor card. Bracelets inscribed: "Capt. Harry Jenkins Jr., 11/13/65" and "Capt. Kenneth Fraser, 2/17/72". Cmdr. Harry Tarleton Jenkins was a Navy A4E pilot shot down over North Vietnam. Capt. Kenneth J. Fraser was an Air Force F105G pilot shot down over North Vietnam.
