Abstract
Owner reports are an important operations check for the ownership groups.Owner reports are sent by the BMC property managers monthly to theirowners to provide them with a comprehensive overview of the current andexpected financial status of their properties. These reports communicate howBMC, as a third-party manager, is producing a return on the investment forthe owners on their assets.
