Amulet: The leather and plastic bead token was designed and fabricated by Charles Yates (a Navy veteran of the war) intended for war veterans as keepsake for those who travelled back to Vietnam after the war. The yellow and red beads denote the flag of the Republic of Viet Nam in existence during the period ending in 1975.
